I'm a Newbie at embroidery.
Thank you for the post Oesd 11463 Frills, Baubles & Gizmos 3. I was wondering if someone could explain how to put this together.
I searched the web but couldn't fimd any information on how to. I believe you can make Tassels with this ( tops of corse)
