Had a think about your request and
believing the Amish to be somewhat
recluse but a peaceful bunch of
introverts I revised my search and
found the attached.
An Amish guy wouldn't want it known he fights, yeh?
And being "18th century" he wouldn't wear
a balaclava to hide his identity!!

so I reckon the digi effort attached is
what would be a  "Amish Fighter".
