UseNEXT provide their own "in-house" software, supposedly
to make it 'easy' for you, the person who bought their spiel.
In actual fact you are now trapped, as, for you to do anything
in the way of upload OR download you need to contact
UseNEXT support and request you be shown what to do.
Good luck with that exercise in frustration:-/
What you can do?
Download the tutorials posted **specifically** for newbies
and start over.
There is all you require within that post and should you find
anything you do not understand OR need further help with
all you need do is post the request here, right in ABCP.
That easy.
