Problem there.
I don't sew so what needs asking talking about I got no
idea. As said, I just read up on a topic.. if it fits I
use it. As I found out from the last 'huge' exercise,
sewers have a mind of their own.
And fair enough too, I guess. Given that the actual
cost of material is theirs alone, as you do point me
too, later:-)

I "get it" that handling leather is quite different to
woven fabric or vinyl. Like I have read some ladies end
up all "squelchy", sitting in a wet spot.. just from
HANDLING the stuff..!

Having skinned out and made leather from a few roos,
crocs, possums. snakes and a shark (once) I know first
hand how good leather is very resilient, yet
unforgiving when damaged. It has no memory and is
easily marked or holed. So, yeh.. all caution and no
haste is best employed, methinks :-)

Yeh yeh.. I have adjusted the density a few times now
and am just hoping the actual jacket is quality enough
to take a fine needle. That or SD has some way of
rolling the penetrations out before stitching out the
next layer..
