I'm afraid that what you asking for is not 'digitizing' but some
full-blown, starting from scratch, heavy-duty, non-trivial, original
creations.
I don't know whether such efforts are within the capabilities of the
participants here at all, but if they are, I'd imagine it would cost
the big bucks!
The creation of lace is a lot more than just loading an image and
tracing and filling it with stitches (whether manually or
automatically). Take a look at the complex lace designs and intricate
thread paths involved in any good FSL design that you already have,.
