same problem of missing 1348 blocks.
News Bin Pro also has no problem with downloading incomplete files.
After fixing the 2 incomplete files with the par files i used the free program
File Splitter & Joiner here:
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/File-Splitter-and-Joiner-Download-32805.html
to join the parts to one 7zip file and then u used 7zip to extract the files.
Maybe the free program Grabbit here: http://www.shemes.com/ also will do the
trick.
