Hopper
I am using Vector Magic, which was developed by the University of
Stanford.  I have been using it for a few years now and as long as you
have a decent image to start with...it does a pretty good job (better
than anything else I have found out there in the world).  As with
programming in general - crap in = crap out.  Take a look at the link
below and try it for yourself.
