Tis what I am pointing to...  
"auto" filtering can be _too_ aggressive, undoing what  
is intended. And the clued up malcontents do easily work  
around them anyway.  
It is only my two bits worth but I reckon it is "fun" to see  
them flail around like wasps with no wings!
