OK, found 'em.
As Pixie noted, they're from Great Notions.
They're the raw encoded files from their humongous complete CD, which
require unlocking. The GN CD for each of two or three years was posted
here, with a functioning decoder built into the viewing program. The
CD has 20 or 30 thousand different designs - about 500MB. AFAIK,
individual files can't be unlocked - they have to be extracted from
the CD with the viewing and decoding program.
