Release Notes:
Remember it's beta software and you should check any archives marked
CORRUPT before trashing them! The Archive Browser ($3.99) and The
Unarchiver (freeware) will report any errors.
Archives marked OK should be fine as the test case is FAR simpler.
In no case, will the tester ever delete an archive. Worst case, if
there is a filename clash (including date timestamp) it will leave the
filename alone.
Tags and logging still indicate files detected as corrupt. Note: tags
can be cleared in the file get info box.
Feedback requested (especially on older systems). Just post a message
to alt.binaries.comics or alt.binaries.comics.dcp to “ATTN: Symm Re:
Comic Archive Tester”.
Please include OS version and post any files that you suspect were
tested incorrectly.
