Beta 4 Changes

Changed rescan check to speed up processing (Beta 3 slowed down
signficantly once log file got HUGE).
Changed rescan dialog to Applescript to resolve cocoaDialog issue.
Changed rescan dialog timeout to 30 seconds (unattended mode). Timeout
still = rescan.
Fixed issue with rescan check failing for filenames with square brackets.
