What I posted is perfectly legal under USA law - downloading it in a Public
Library is illegal because it is obscene - you have First Admendment right
to possess and distribute obscene material - but not use a public
conveyance to do so - hence Usenet. English Law says you may not have it
at all and generally three years is sentence
