I use Firefox with the My Weekly Browsing Schedule extension to
automatically bring up the streaming webpage at the start of the show, then
the recording is done via a program called Audio Record Wizard.. The
webpage of choice has to have continous playback.Most flash streams will
play automatically but then stop after an extended period, this may be due
to inactivity and may have a workaround..anyway I'll play around with it
and see how it goes.
