Don't try to decode the obfuscated file names.
The easy answer is to join a pay indexer like NZBGeek.
For while after [#a.b.teevee@EFNet] stopped in Dec, some kind souls
were dropping obfuscated BBC shows a dozen at a time into teevee 2 or
3 times a week. Opening the r00 or r01 would give the name, things
like brit and amer RR journeys, nigels middle east, nazi victory, the
forest, hughs wild west, Amer journeys etc. Even that has stopped
since teevee is filled with virus posts.
