Hi Nighthawk.
I'm not familiar with the music and sound newsgroups but a quick
search in newsgroup directories shows an
'alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.speeches' (on Tweaknews).
Apart from that, I would like to hear more ideas, RIB is also
interested in WWII stuff and might have a better idea about where to
post.
