I am sorry that you felt you were not wanted at the Fort -- believe me
when I say that you WERE WANTED -- VERY MUCH SO!
The problem is that people who complain, complain a whole lot, and
those of us who appreciate what people do don't say so enough!
As a salesman, I was told that only 2 of 10 happy customers tell
someone else about their great experience in your store, but 7 of 10
unhappy customers tell others about their bad experience in your
store. You got hit by the 70% of the complainers and weren't being
reassured by enough of the 20% of the happy people!
And I regret that I was not quicker to see what was happening and
speak up sooner. Thanks -- there are a whole lot of people who
appreciate that you take the time and effort to post. Never forget
that, no matter what others might say!
