The Newreaders listed in the website are all mainline prgms - $30-40 to
buy them.
I use XNews. Its free. Google it. D/L it. Install and run the 'Setup
XNews' from the <Special> tab on the drop down Menus bar (or CTRL+F1).
You have to D/L the news grp list again and then you be able to select
the ones you want and you're ready to visit the grp and D/L the stuff you
want. Xnews will alow you to toggle back and forth between your selected
list of NGs and the entire list. Out of 10,000+ NGs, there are only 20-30
that I have any interest in and Xnews "hides" the ones I'm not concerned
with.
Xnews handles yEnc files so no other decoding software is required.
