The usual way in Windoze Mail/OE is to select all the parts, right click and
hit Combine and Decode, then right click at the top where the filenames
appear, hit Save All, specify a destination folder, and save..
If the parts have a number after the file extension - avi.001 avi.002 and so
on, there's a special piece of software you have to download. I don't bother
with these so I'm afraid I don't know what it's called.
If the files are yEnc encoded, there are news readers that'll decode them
automatically, or by Googling the word yEnc you can download the free
program.
BTW, if you can't decode the less usual audio files, download Winamp and its
plug-ins, and for unusual image files such as *.jp2, there's Irfanview. Both
free.
