I have tons of purchased videos and music that I am not able to access. A
friend of mine removed the drm from a few but, then was called away. Could
someone help me with this please. I can't acquire the licenses for some
reason. I just need to strip that dad blasted protection from the files.
After all I purchased them. Can't get help from microsoft at all.
