(Scene 1 the problem)
SCREECH
Representative Charles Rangel is planning
on introducing a bill to reinstate the
U.S. military draft as soon as Hilary Clinton
becomes president.
GREG
Why does Charles Rangel expect
Americans to tolerate a military
draft?
SCREECH
Because ALL 50 STATES currently have
mandatory draftee jury systems
and nobody in EVEN ONE STATE
has opposed being required to
serve on a jury at an inconvienient
time at a distant courthouse enough
to get even ONE all volunteer jury
bill into the legislature
of even ONE state. Mandatory
draftee jury duty is the pilot
light of conscription that will
RESTART THE U.S. MILITARY DRAFT!!
(Greg starts crying)
CHRIS
Get a hold of yourself Greg.
GREG
Chris, I do not want to be drafted
and hurt and killed by the enemy.
I do not want to be tortured by
the enemy. Pretty please DO
SOMETHING about the proposed
military draft.
CHRIS
I will meet with the Republican party
tonight.
(Chris then leaves to meet with
Republicans at the campaign office.)

(Scene 2 REPORT)
The next day Chris reports
on what the Republicans have done.
GREG
What did the Republicans do last night?
CHRIS
Nothing. Many older assembleymen remember
their High school government teachers
telling them in 1930 that in order
to get out of jury duty just do not
register to vote. Problem solved.
SCREECH
The jury summonsers no longer use voting
records. They summon disabled people to
travel enourmous distances by using lists
of disabled peoples indentification
cards for Banks and schools and landlords
in addition to Drivers Liscences to
summon EVERYONE to jury duty.
CHRIS
I know. But the older legislators do not
know that Jury Duty now requires EVERYONE
to serve and not just registered voters.
WE have had this new problem for only 30
years. Mandatory jury duty is a NEW
PROBLEM. You used to be able to get out
of jury duty by not registering to
vote.
GREG
Did the Republicans say anything at all ?
CHRIS
Republicans like saving money. Even though we
do not yet have an all volunteer jury bill
we do have a money saving bill.
SCREECH
What does that bill have to save money?
CHRIS
After any publicly funded educational
place has funding for Microsoft Windows
terminated reinstatement of funding
for Microsoft Windows requires a
(probably unattainable) two thirds
supermajority vote in both the
California State Assembley and the
state senate UNTIL AFTER the first state
in the United States passes an all volunteer
jury system.
After the first state in the United States
passes a totally all volunteer jury system
for every jury trial in that state only
a simple majority vote is needed to
restore funding for Microsoft
Windows at educational places.
Republicans in the legislatures of several
states are working on this money saving bill.
States that have already converted their
schools to Linux have rushed this money saving
Bill to their Governors.
GREG
What if there is a teacher who really needs
Windows for some educational purpose that
only Microsoft Windows can do ??
CHRIS
They need to lobby Congress and the state
legislatures to pass voluntary jury
service laws. After people
only serve on juries voluntarily it
will become
MUCH EASIER to reinstate lost funding for
Microsoft Windows at publicly funded
educational places including communnity
colleges.

(Scene 3 Installing Linux)
GREG
Chris, show us how to install Linux.
CHRIS
After the first CD boots up and goes
through the US keyboard screens
there is partitioning. For one
Linux and nothing else Disk
Druid
will look like
/boot 100 Mb 83
/ 34000 Mb 83
swap 768 Mb 82

Then on the installation
screen add a checkmark for
software development. Linux
will not work without software
development compilers and
libraries and dependencies.

On the GRUB bootloader install
screen you can check check
advanced bootloader options.
The default is to install the
bootloader at the beginning
of /dev/hda
but if you want to install
more than one Linux each Linux will
need its own boot loader at
the partition that has its /boot
except the first Linux that has
its bootloader at the beginning of
/dev/hda when GRUB is the initial
first boot method.

After installing Linux you will find
that Linux and DOS commands are
different from each other

What should students do who want
reliable Windows and to be able to
reinstate Windows in school if
it is ever cut off ??
CHRIS
Pass an all volunteer jury system
in at least one state NOW.
When those petition circulators
circulate petitions for anything
on your campus please ask them to
let you sign the all volunteer jury
ballot proposition for your state.
If they do not have it with them
ask them to ASK THEIR BOSS
for the all volunteer jury
ballot proposition petition.
Remember that a totally all volunteer
jury system in even ONE state will make
it MUCH HARDER to pass a U.S. military
draft because even one state with an all volunteer
jury system will destroy the argument that
voters will tolerate a U.S. miltary draft.
SCREECH
What if nobody cares enough to do what
has to be done to get an all volunteer jury
bill passed and Windows is discontinued at
communnity colleges ??
CHRIS
Microsoft Windows will not be reinstateable
until at least one state has an all volunteer
jury system for every jury in that state.
If you do not know how to get an all volunteer
jury bill or ballot proposition started in your
state I strongly reccommend that you learn how
to use LINUX now!!!!
