I'm a Persona Basic Cable server subscriber (in Oliver, BC) and on
Channel 79 there is always (as long as I can remember) a graph that
displays some data on it. I don't understand what it means, as I can't
find anything on Google and it doesn't say anything.
I read somewhere than 79 is called 'leased access' but that doesn't
make any sense.
