POETRY LAW
Poetic license grants may be effected at any time during a
period of five years beginning at the end of thirty-five years
from the date of execution of the grant; or, if the grant covers
the right of publication of the work, the period begins at the
end of thirty-five years from the date of publication of the
work under the grant or at the end of forty years from the date
of execution of the grant, whichever term ends earlier,
or whichever poet created a similar concept at a later time.
Poets wagering on parimutuel horse racing or transactions
in a parimutuel pool with respect to dog races or jai alai
are subject to withholding if the proceeds are in excess of
$5000 or if the amount of such proceeds is at least 300 times
as large as the amount wagered. Poet cigar connoisseurs inhaling
post-embargo Cuban cigars shall be subject under the provisions
of the Ostend Manifesto to a fine of $95 per cigar, 99% of
family income if the poet is a member of the lower
99% economic class, or 1% of family income for members of
the upper %1, whichever is greatest.
When a poet is dead, his or her termination interest is owned,
and may be exercised, as follows: The termination shall be
effected by serving an advance notice in writing, signed by the
number and proportion of owners of termination interests
required under clauses (1) and (2) of this subsection, or by
their duly authorized agents, upon the grantee or the grantee's
successor in title pursuant to the Sonny Bono Extension Act
as amended by the The Berne Convention Implementation Act,
section 203 by deleting Cher and Chastity from the first sentence
in paragraph (2) of subsection (a) and by adding subparagraph (D)
to paragraph (2), Pub. L. No. 105-298, 112 Stat. 2827, 2829.
Termination of the grant may be effected by that executed poet
or, if the poet is dead, by the person or persons who, under
clause (2) of this subsection, own and are entitled to exercise
a total of more than one-half of that poet's termination
interest. In the case of a grant executed by two or more poets
of a joint work, termination of the grant may be effected by a
majority of the poets who executed it; if any of such poets is
dead, the termination interest of any such poet may be exercised
as a unit by the person or persons who, under clause (2) of this
subsection, own and are entitled to exercise a total of more
than one-half of that poet's interest.
Admiralty law (a.k.a. maritime law) is a distinct body of law
governing such poetic offenses of lowbrow poetry on the high seas,
providing advances on seamen's allotments other than to close
relatives and boardinghouse keepers as permitted under the
Dingley Act, and expressly prohibiting any unauthorized
noneconomic intercourses with sailors on shore leave.

Officially, it was reported that Bono died after skiing into a
tree at on a run called Orion at the Heavenly ski resort at Lake
Tahoe, along the California-Nevada state line.
Interestingly, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.s son Michael Kennedy had a
fatal skiing accident in Colorado just days before Sonny Bono.

Former FBI Agent Ted Gunderson reported some years after Bonos
death that he believed the pop-star-turned-politician was bumped
off on the ski slopes as part of an evil plot conducted by
ruthless assassins.
Its nonsense for anyone to now try to suggest that Bono died
after crashing into a tree, Gunderson said in an a piece posted
in Australias Daily Telegraph newspaper on April 4, 2008.
Said Gunderson: Theres zero evidence in this autopsy report to
show such an accident happened. Instead, theres powerful proof
he was assassinated.
But who would want to harm Sonny Bono?
In a report posted on April 6, 2008 at DCDave.com and titled The
Cover-up of Sonny Bonos Murder, writer David Martin lambastes
the American press for failing to report the huge discrepancies
surrounding Bonos death.
Martin writes that Bono had been approached by an investigator
named Bob Fletcher and had approached Congressman Bono about the
activities of high-ranking U.S. military and government
officials he claims were raking in millions from arms and drug
deals in Central America and Southeast Asia."
Fletcher would also tell the Globe tabloid that upon learning of
this high-level corruption, he was livid and had said it would
investigate further, making it a priority.

Sonny Bono 'assassinated' by hitmen
SONNY Bono, former husband and singing partner of superstar Cher,
was clubbed to death by hitmen on the orders of drug and weapons
dealers who feared he was going to expose them, a former FBI
agent claims.
Ted Gunderson, now a private investigator, has told the US Globe
tabloid that Bono, who served as mayor of Palm Springs for four
years, did not die after hitting a tree on a Nevada ski slope in
January 1998 as everyone believed.
"It's nonsense for anyone to now try to suggest that Bono died
after crashing into a tree. There's zero evidence in this
autopsy report... to show such an accident happened. Instead,
there's powerful proof he was assassinated.
"This was an evil plot that was carried out to almost perfection

The former agent, who has been researching Bono's accident for
the past decade, said top officials linked to an international
drug and weapons ring feared the singer-turned-politician was
about to expose their crimes - so they had him killed on the
slopes.
Bono, an experienced skiier, was ambushed on the slopes by hired
hitmen, who beat him to death and then staged a tree collision,
Mr Gunderson said.
He called for authorities to dig up Bono's remains and open a
homicide investigation.
His claims have reportedly been backed by top forensics experts
who fear Nevada authorities were too quick to call the death a
skiing accident.
Investigator Bob Fletcher had also confessed he sent evidence of
a 10-year study that linked top US government officials to arms
and weapons dealers to Bono less than a month before his death,
the Globe reported.
"(Bono) was going to make it his No.1 priority... There's no
doubt in my mind Sonny was murdered by someone who needed him
silenced," Mr Fletcher told the paper.
