Abstract : This study estimates that the 1986-1990 European
battlefield will be integrated (characterized by nuclear and
conventional weapons). Current doctrine is reviewed,
vulnerabilities to nuclear weapons are identified, and solutions
to reduce vulnerabilities are proposed. Investigation reveals
primary causes of vulnerabilities are lack of dispersion and of
true redundancy. Proposed solutions are to disperse Main CP into
cells and separate them by two lethal radii of 100 kiloton
weapon, using 'Minimum Safety Distance' rather than 'Latent
Lethality' tables. Calculations consider cumulative rather than
single dose of nuclear radiation. Recommended cell dispersion is
20 kilometers. The TAC CP, lacking communications and
appropriate staff, is not a true alternate to the Main CP. An
Alternate CP, a mirror image of the Main CP and dispersed into
cells, is recommended for continuity of command and control.
Intelligence communications and nuclear release systems
terminate at TAC CP, corps and division artillery for redundancy
and timely targeting. Spread spectrum techniques used by DARPA's
packet radio system provide complex communications required by
widely dispersed, redundant, and highly mobile cells. Variation
of Josephson junction switches might reduce electromagnetic

discussed for use as molecular superconducting quantum wires to

could be made of carbon only.. this is what I understand.

superior intellects and this sort of stuff does not need
expensive machines with huge energy outputs. Eric Davis is wrong
about that. It's all micro-nanotech with a fine mesh-phase array
of LC oscillators with really high Tc coils on micron to
nanoscale imbedded all over the thin smart computing material of
the fuselage. Each little solenoid current controls the local
Josephson phase difference between the high Tc SC coil and the
vacuum it occupies.
As in Rupert Sheldrake's data and the CIA SRI RV data of Puthoff &
Targ as well as similar NKVD/KGB allegations written down by
Constantin Ivanenko from Saint Petersburg, Russia today.
Let us forget the intimidating words "witchcraft" and "occultism"
for a moment, and see Hitler in Shakespeare's terms. In other
words to "find" Hitler we must go back to Iago of Othello,
Goneril and Regan of King Lear, and above all Lady Macbeth. They

We propose and investigate [1] a method for the controlled
coupling of two Josephson charge qubits by means of a variable
electrostatic transformer. The value of the coupling capacitance
is given by the discretized curvature of the lowest energy band
of a Josephson junction, which can be positive, negative, or
zero. We calculate the charging diagram of the two-qubit system
that reflects the transition from positive to negative through
vanishing coupling. We also discuss how to implement a phase
gate making use of the controllable coupling.
We discuss experiments in which we intend to reach the strong
coupling limit of cavity quantum electrodynamics (cQED) using
superconducting circuits. In our approach we use a Cooper pair
box acting as an artificial atom coupled to a coplanar stripline
resonator forming a one-dimensional cavity. The strong coupling
limit is reached when the vacuum Rabi frequency for the coupling
of cavity photons to quantized excitations of the adjacent
electrical circuit exceeds the damping rates of both the cavity
and the qubit. The basic concepts and the current status of our
experimental effort will be discussed. The proposed architecture
is attractive for both the investigation of the strong coupling
limit of cQED and quantum computing and control.

science fiction but exists today, reads brainwaves from

is used to monitor soldiers' vital signs on the battlefield,
allows spies to communicate with just their thoughts, and lets
the 1000 Russian and 200 or so U.S. psychic warriors to spy into
people's minds to collect intelligence.

WASHINGTON -A company in California is launching an experimental
power reactor based on 'bubble fusion', despite reservations
within the scientific community over whether the effect exists.
Impulse Devices in Grass Valley hopes to sell its sonofusion
research reactors for about US$250,000. It claims they use
ultrasound to generate bubbles in 'heavy' water, made up of
hydrogen's heavier isotope deuterium. The bubbles can be
imploded rapidly, generating a high temperature that allows
deuterium nuclei to undergo fusion reactions, it says. "The
technology could produce enough energy for electricity
production in ten years," claims Mark Ludwig, chief executive of
Impulse. But many scientists are not convinced. Researchers at
Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee claimed to have
achieved fusion with a similar technique in 2002. But an
internal review by other Oak Ridge scientists questioned the
group's results, and the work remains in limbo
(see Nature 416, 7; 2002).

Russian energetics is largely still a "secret" science,
developed over the last five decades and highly weaponized. In
the Russian scheme the overall area is called energetics. It
consists of three subsets: (i) energetics, which applies to
nonliving systems, (ii) bioenergetics, which applies to the
physical bodies, cells, chemistry, genetics, etc. of living
organisms, and (iii) psychoenergetics, which applies directly to
the minds, personalities, memories, emotions, and perceptions of
living systems.
ENERGY
Well, here we have a real bucket of worms. This term is either
totally misdefined (as in the nostrum that "energy is the
capacity to work") in physics, which defines energy as the
"ability to scatter itself or change its own form" which
obviously are not identities! A common definition is given as "a
quantity that describes the capacity to do work; commonly
divided into three major classifications: kinetic (dynamic)
energy, potential (static) energy, and radiant (electromagnetic)
energy.
