Thereby changing the time signature from 3/4 to 4/4. Your last 2 note are
C-B and the actual melody notes there are F-E.
The C and B cause a change in the chords, as they are not harmonic in the
actual chords at that point (Gm7-C7).
But hey, you're having fun with it and I don't imagine you're planning to go
out an play it on a gig.
