INVITATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ATTORNEYS IN THIS GROUP:
I would like to invite you to read the above offensive anti-semetic
post.
This was posted by a person who is stalking me because I won't return
his or attention (or affection?). The stalker has been 100%
identified.
He has stalked many people and enjoys a federal conviction relating
to
stalking-type activities.
He comes from a rich family and thinks he can do anything with
impunity, this is based on a message received from the stalker on
January 26, 2007: "A word of very humble advice; those that have the
dubious honor of breaking
established laws and customs with impunity, regardless of what else
that they may possess, never are able to do it successfully from a
minimalistic condition of relevant indigence."
This statement is cryptic but what he is saying is, "he who has money
can break the law with impunity." It is a known and verified fact
that the stalker does have money as he is conducting stalking
activities from a very well known law firm in New York City as well
as
stalking from his home computer. All I.P.s have been traced and the
related logs are available and are being retained by relevent
companies for evidence and forsenic computer analysis.
In other messages from the stalker, he attacks Jews in general.
This
is evidenced by a message from him (operating under his Persona
"Terri
DiSisto" - Google the name!!!) said, "a pity 6,000,000 more did not
shriek and burn in the ovens at Auschwitz." This is one on many
racist things this stalker has said over the course of many years.
The above message from the stalker is obviously a anti-semetic racist
"hate-crime"-type statement. He is also attempting to harass a
senior citizen and terrorize her, the senior citizen is the victim's
mother (who is referenced in the above stalking message at a former
address/phone).
Why I am posting this message is because I wish to silver-platter
this
case for the US Attorney's office. I love to educate extremely
interested attorneys. Please send any feedback you like along with
case cites, commentaries, anti-stalking information, laws, statutes,
codes, etc. This stalker has harassed people in almost all 50
states via phone, Usenet or email, so no matter which state you are
in, your comments, suggestions, advice may be just the thing the US
Attorney needs to put this anti-semetic racist back in Federal
Prison.
We are particularly interested in any prosecution(s) you may have
conducted under 47 USC 223, especially on the felony level, but
misdeameanor data is also welcome. As he used an automated phone
blaster (type telemarketers use) to broadcast obscene and anti-
semetic
information to hundreds of ears all over America.
The stalker has taken to making threats through the U.S. Mail
such saying "EDWaRD XXXXX - DEAD!" and then making veiled references
to David being dead also (David is alive, he is me).
We are also now interested in any US Postal Inspector who can assist
us with guidence for prosecution, on one of the letters the stalker
uses a VALID US ADDRESS which has been identified as belonging to
a known associate.
A special request is sent out to anyone who testified, investigated,
prosecuted, defended,
or in any way involved in the case U.S. vs David D'Amato in 2001, in
the United States District
Court in Boston, Massachusetts. Your input will be especially
welcome!!
