While masturbation can certainly be enjoyable, it sounds like you've gone
over the edge to addictive levels. If it's at this point you need to stop,
or at least get it under control.
It's like any other addiction, it can be broken. I'd start with a google
search on "addiction" and maybe "addiction masturbation". Then perhaps a
trip to the self help section of the book store or amazon. You may not be
able to find an exact book on your addiction, but perhaps something close.
If all that still fails, seek professional help.
A few simple things you could do right off: disconnect your internet
connection at home, so you CAN'T go cruise. If you must have a connection
for work, install all the net nanny type stuff you can, and don't look as
you type in random passwords. Delete all the pics etc on your hard disk, and
throw away all the magazines. Basically, get rid of the temptation. Oh, you
could also move the computer to the family room, and only get on it when the
family is around so you won't be able to go to those sites.
The longer you can go the easier it'll get.
