I think you'll need to give us more context, where have you found the
term? And entity is a person or object, and covered means that it has a
cover of some kind over it, but beyond that it doesn't make much sense.
(By the way, abbreviations like 'u' for 'you' make messages seem
sub-literate. Please try to spell words out fully, especially on
English language newsgroups, it really doesn't take that much more
time.)
