There are two versions of Risk 2210. The original is in a longer box, =
and is constructed of better quality. The Main board is the usual =
quality of Board Games. The NEWER version is thick cardboard and comes =
in a smaller sqaure box. The colors are slightly off, too, so the pieces =
don't match as well. Green is still green, but a different shade.
The 8th edition's pieces are civil war era, in appearance vs Napoleonic =
era for the 6th and 7th.
Stars Wars Risk: The Clone wars is available as of Apirl 2nd. I got mine =
tonight, although I haven't opened it yet.
AND..there are expansions for Risk 2210, called Frontline. They were for =
events and such, but there are 4 to my knowledge:
Mars (A WHOLE new board with 2 Moons, and cards to match), Amoebas(alien =
invasion by amoebas or something), Factions( mercenaries??), and a Tech =
commander(with technology cards to go with it).

And I may be wrong..But in the 1975 edition..the pieces were and =
asterix, and a teepee type piece that was used on one side to denote 3 =
and the other to deonte 1.
