Thank you, Bellamy, that completed the set, and thus was very helpful.
The one I requested was 203c, not 213c, but Johnie did post it on his site
a couple of days ago, despite it being a partial frontal nude, so I got it.
I believe I mentioned this in one of my re: re: re: posts, but thanks for
looking it up anyway.
The numbering of jpptb is a bit odd, because it follows the pages in the
book, not straight numbering, so there are a few numbers missing, and quite
a few abc's where there are several pictures per page.

As it credits the various photographers, it can be worth saving with the
