DVD image it is!
The file extension is ".toast", but Disk Utility will recognize it too,
and PC users can change it to ".iso" for their DVD burning programs.
I'll try to post it in a zip file that is split into 19 10MB parts,
with par2 files. It's been a while, so it may take a few tries to get
this posting thing working.
