Dear "Bonkers",
Depending, of course, on local jurisdictional code, the legality of
pictures hence posted here may hinge on perceived copyright
infringement. I do not believe you should be concerned whatsoever
over "the police knocking on your door."
With that said, I will say again as I had some months hence, that
Astraweb has a strict though contradictory policy, which sees the
posting of any image containing individuals under the age of majority
a violation of TOS. Should any individual complain about such an
image ... although the child be covered up in an Eskimo parka ...
Astraweb will cancel that poster's account. Take my word.
Given these facts, I would advise posters considering or presently
using Astraweb and are concerned about Astraweb's TOS to consider
another service.
