Some time ago a law was passed in the US that made it so prepaid credit cards could only be used within the United States. Since Astraweb bills out of the UK, I can't obtain an Astraweb account through the method you suggested.
Like I said, to do this I really need my own Astraweb posting account, but since that is not being provided, I must walk away.
