Stephen's Secure Blog #247
These stories about Stephen began was when he was 10 years old, and
moving to a new part of the country to attend a special school for
gifted students, in the 1950's. This was from a time before computers
would fit on a desk, and when people communicated with friends in other
countries by actual letters sent through the postal service. He wrote
225 of them to a friend. He stopped writing to his penpal, but found he
still wanted to record his life, in case he lost his memory again, and
wrote 30 entries in his first logbook. Then he wrote to an artificial
intelligence called Geenee, in the master computer in his school for
gifted students, which he started attending in 2016. Now it's after
2018, and he's continuing to save his memories in a secure blog.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
The stories may not be posted in chronological order.
Stephen is 16 in this story, in the Winter of year 7 of his special
school.

I received reports of problems in Tibet, and investigated. There were
public celebrations in Temples and Monasteries, and in the streets of
Lhasa. The police were preparing to take corrective action. I found out
that what I had said to the Minister in Dharamsala had been made
public. All the Ministers were in the city. I asked for a meeting with
them. Two said they were not able to come to it because of prior
engagements. I ported them to the meeting. One was in shock, while the
other said, "You can't do this!" I said "You say I can't do what I just
did? Do you view that as an indication of competence?" He didn't
answer. I said "There is unrest in Tibet. Many people may be arrested
or killed because of that. The cause of that is HERE." I looked at the
Minister I had spoken to before, "Did you tell the other Ministers
about what I asked you to share with them?" He said "Yes I did." I said
"Did you tell them I said they should keep it to themselves?" He said
"Yes I did, and in the strongest terms, to each one of them directly."
I said "The truth is yours. Thank you." I said to the other Ministers,
"Who among you did not obey that request?" Silence. I said "You will
tell me of your own will, or there will be lasting consequences after I
force you to tell me." One burst out with, "They had a right to know!"
I said "Did you make that public?" He said "Yes!" I said "Did you tell
them I said you should not?" He said "No." I said "Why did you say one
thing of what I said, and not the other?" Silence. I said "I require an
answer." Silence. I said "Hold that thought. I'll get back to you
later."
I said "Each one of you, tell me if you complied with my request, or
did not. Now." All but one said truthfully that they did. The other one
who had not wanted to meet with me, refused to answer. I said to him,
"Well?" Still silence. I said "You did have your chance." He said with
a lot of urgency, "I did it. I told somebody! But I told him to keep it
a secret." I said "Your reason?" He said "I knew it was wrong, but I
was so overjoyed, I couldn't keep it to myself." I said "You had no
other reason?" He said "I did not. It was a mistake. I shouldn't have
done it. I should have thought of what would have happened if who I
told had made it public." I said "Why didn't you want to meet with me?"
He said "I knew I was wrong, and I didn't have the courage to admit it
and face you with my shame." I said "The person you told, did not tell
another. You did wrong, but did not cause damage." He cried.
I addressed the really guilty Minister. I said "Did you expect the
people in Tibet to like the news you gave them?" He said "Yes." I said
"And like and respect you more, for being the official who did that?"
Silence. I said "You will answer voluntarily, or involuntarily with
lasting consequences. Make your choice." He burst out with, "Yes I knew
that! I admit I wanted that, but it was not the major reason for my
doing it. I knew that you thought little of us, and that you planned
for us to have no place in the government of the free Tibet." I said
"Your own Prime Minister has said that." The Prime Minister nodded in
agreement. I said "Did you make your feeling about that, public in
Tibet?" He said "No." I said "Because you knew that would reduce their
desire to celebrate, because they do not want you?" He hung his head,
and whispered, "Yes." I said "So you did not tell them some of what you
know they wanted to know, with what you you did tell them, to
manipulate them into thinking better about YOU than you know you
deserved, knowing they would celebrate, and that would cause the
Chinese to try to stop it, and cause such unrest that many people,
thousands, would be killed and imprisoned, delaying my work to free
Tibet, maybe for many years? You said they had a right to know. DID
THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO DIE AND LOSE THEIR CHANCE FOR FREEDOM, SO YOUR
PRIDE COULD FEED AND GROW ON THEIR MUTILATED BODIES?"
They were all shocked. That Minister cried hysterically. I said to
the others, "This is something you never could appreciate, before. THIS
IS NOT A GAME. This is about real life and death, for millions in
Tibet, and billions in the rest of the world. You are safe and
comfortable here, while your relatives suffer and die in misery. What
right do ANY of you have to interfere with them in any way, when you
can do noting useful to free them? The President of China was on our
side, but he had little power to change the entire government. Now even
that may be lost, when I do what I must do to protect the people of
Tibet from the Chinese police and army. More is lost from my plans, by
showing my power at the level I would need to use now, before they are
ready to accept it rationally. One more thing. Tibet is NOT ready and
able to be a free country at this time. It will never be, if my efforts
in this regard are interfered with. You can help me make a free and
great Tibet, or you can be permanent and shamed exiles. Interfere with
me and my work again, and there will be major consequences, and I won't
need to apply them myself, after I tell them in Tibet about it. They
know me as you do not. DO YOU ALL UNDERSTAND ALL OF THIS?"
They were all in shock. Then the Prime Minister said, "I think we are
beginning to understand this as we had not before. You are our only
chance. We would be fools to deny that, and greater fools to interfere
with what we do not know about or understand." My improved minister
said, "Or can understand. He intentionally improved my mind and Third
Eye with a bowl he wove out of light. You all can sense the difference
in me. I believe the reports about him. He is more than we will ever
know, but one thing we do know. He loves us. Let us try to deserve
that." I nodded. I said to the Minister who told but didn't cause harm,
"What are your plans?" He said "I will resign, and seek out a
Monastery." I said "Because you did wrong?" He said "Yes, Master
Teacher." I said "Would you do something like that again?" He said with
heat, "Absolutely not!" I said "So that means you are now a better
person than you were as a Minister. Is that correct?" He said "I think
so." I said "So that means you are now LESS qualified to be a
I said "I do not believe in punishment, just correction and prevention.
Where that is successful, such a person should not be wasted. Nor their
increased motivation." The PM said, "That is very wise. I have to
agree."
I said to the really guilty Minister, "He made a mistake in judgment
from good emotions, but did not cause harm, and has learned from that.
You intentionally caused harm out of a basic personality flaw which
cannot be corrected in the time remaining for you. You are a danger to
your people." Then I said as a deep command, "Hear me and obey! You
will not communicate anything of this issue in any way to anybody or
anything for the rest of this life, or the next. You will not
communicate anything about me, or about the people involved in the
Exile Government of Tibet, or of any government person in Tibet, or
India, or China, or communicate anything about their policies. You will
not seek or hold any position of authority in any government or
religious institution. Do you understand all I have said to you? If so,
say yes." He did. I said "As you have heard, you will OBEY!" He slumped
over in a faint. I woke him up and said, "Leave us." He stumbled out.
I said to all, "I have just removed all the bullets from all the
weapons of the Chinese in Tibet, and this is not the first time I have
done that. It includes their artillery, this time. If their officers
are wise, they will tell their men to stay well hidden, and provide
them with extra underwear." There was some giggling. I said "Some have
attempted to use their bayonets. Naughty of them. Now they are made of
very flexible plastic, of festive colors. So are their clubs, which now
have the shape of something extremely sexual." A lot of surprised
laughter. I showed them some images. I said "The members of the army
are becoming very disorganized. Not so the police, who expected me to
do something like this, but they are having great difficulty in
controlling their amusement. Yes, the police know about me, and respect
if not me, the things they know I can do. I made sure of that the first
day I was there. And tested that later at the floating Wheel of Life,
when they refused to falsely arrest me, after being ordered to. Now you
understand something of what I have been doing. Most of the military
are going back to their stations and barracks. They will discover they
are the lucky ones. Those who didn't retreat, are now naked, and fully
er, extended. Some are running away. Some are involved in fights. Some
of those have stopped that, and are running away, after they discovered
there were some very embarrassing invitations printed on them." Some
pleased laughter.
I showed them some more images. I said "Some Tibetans have tried to
harm the naked military people. I sent an image of myself and told them
not to. Those who didn't stop, I made just as naked. As you can
imagine, that caused them to stop right away. Well, it's not a warm
day." They laughed some more. I said "I have sent many images of myself
to tell all the large gatherings to stop celebrating before there is
something to really celebrate, and that it was only by chance I was
able to know what was happening, and that if it happened again, I might
not know about it in time to prevent much suffering and death. That
reduced some of their enthusiasm, and much of the celebration is dying
down."
I said "Now that the trouble is mostly over, we can have a friendly
discussion. Comments?" I nodded to my escort, who I had invited. He
said "The Master Teacher, is THE Master Teacher in real truth. He
teaches with everything he does, by intent. I think he wants us to know
this, and discuss what we have learned." I said "My chosen liaison to
the Government in Exile is correct." The Info Minister said in
surprise, "You were testing us!" I nodded and said, "We all do that to
each other, mostly not completely aware we are doing it. Everything I
do is in a fully aware state. Yes, even when I'm sleeping. So?" The PM
said, "You weren't testing us for your information, but for ours." I
said "Very good. I like that. More?" He was pleased, and said, "More
than most would expect, we mostly passed. I have to admit, I think more
than we all expected." Another Minister said, "If your goal was to
shake us up, and then put us back together in a better way, you have
succeeded, and I thank you very much!"
I said in mock horror, "On no, I've been exposed!" They laughed. I
said "Tibet needs you to be the best you can be, and it was my
intention to help you be that, and to make you aware of it." My liaison
said, "I have to ask, did you expect all that happened?" I said "I did
not. I don't expect. But, as always, I was prepared for many
eventualities. What happened did interfere with my plans, but I had
accepted that possibility, and have revised my plans to account for it.
Too fine of planning, restricts the modifications of actions which are
necessary when something unplanned for occurs, which almost always
happens. A good planner needs to always be aware of that, and be
prepared to change actions instantly, when events demand it."
I said "Now for something different. A gift. If you would learn a
language in an instant, which one would you choose?" Some wanted better
English. Some who knew it well, wanted Chinese. I said "You can learn
by my method much faster than others, because of your open Third Eyes
and better mental skills. For the average person, it could take weeks
for the language to settle in. For you, about a week, but you can use
it now, if you want." They were surprised, and most did test their new
language, with amazed success. I said "I will be bringing that teaching
technology to all of Tibet, but to only that country, of all of Earth,
for all things which need to be memorized. That includes entire
university courses. Yes, Tibet will become a very respected center for
ALL learning. If we can work together to make that happen. What do you
say?" There was a lot of cheering.
I said "I think my current work here is now completed, and
successfully. Now I go to Tibet, to complete the lesson of premature
celebration. Yes, I use EVERYTHING to teach. Farewell, and now I can
give you my love." I did that, glowing, with raised arms, to all of
Dharamsala. Then I did my usual silvery porting away.
I ported to all the Tibetan Tradition Monasteries and Major Temples I
had visited, and discussed the events and the lesson. I updated all the
crystals which were involved. Then I had another discussion with the
people at Sera. We met in Rhamcha's office. Eli and Srinoy were there,
with the other Abbots. I said "Most of the Monasteries I had visited
performed in this test very well, Sera the best. However, we still have
more work to do. The less the authorities feel provoked, the less
trouble there will be, and the more we can gradually impose our wills
on them. Soon, I will demand that religious institutions be left alone.
The response to that might be interesting. More so, what I will do
about it, I expect." Srinoy laughed. I said "Don't mind him. He laughs
at almost everything I say." He laughed again. I said "See?" He laughed
once. All got boners. I said, "Rhamcha, please inform an aid that we
are all going on a special trip." He did that, with some excitement.
Then I said, "All please stand. I didn't mean that, too." They laughed.
I ported us all to a sexplay room in my house on Allguard. There, the
Tibetans discovered that with two ball sensitives in a link, they
didn't stand a chance of doing anything to hold back from squirting.
Many times. The last time was the ultimate, and we did achieve union.
The result of that was most were psionically improved. Their
intelligence improved, too, and so did their nearness to enlightenment.
Which made them totally flabbergasted and discombobulated. Surprised,
too. My grin almost split my face.
