The Microsoft Technician connected with our new (3 month old) desktop
computer and fixed the upgraded Windows 8 operating system to enable it to
successfully open Internet Explorer. The Windows 8 upgrade was still
attempting to open the IE version from the previous Windows 7 install. AND
it was a failure. The same occurred for the remaining Windows 8 upgrade
issues. TWO different Microsoft Technicians connected and fixed various
problems from the Windows 8 upgrade.
