I am in need for some low cost software to capture video from a camera that
uses a RCA connection.  I have a set-up on a desktop machine but I would
like to go mobile with the camera and a laptop.  I just need to capture, I
can edit on the desktop.  It would also be nice that it does not take up too
much ram and hard dive memory.
