I recently had the opportunity to try Dr Pepper in Canada (Nova Scotia
and Prince Edward Island).  It was quite good.  Given the less
sticky mouth-feel and fuller flavor, I'm betting that it has
more sucrose and less HFCS than the standard U.S. variety.

Also, on Prince Edward Island, all the soda seems to be in GLASS
BOTTLES.  I saw some that appeared to be at least two liters big (!).
Of course, compared to cans, especially, it made the Dr Pepper
taste that much better!
