Your sarcasm is misplaced. If you have a valid rebuttal to my comment,
make it, otherwise shut up. Sarcasm and other linguistic devices are
never a good substitute for a proper debate. My comments remain valid
regardless of your bullshit.
As with many posters, I do not post pictures and text comment under the
same nick. Many discerning folk have enjoyed my posts under a different
nick, for years. Yes, years! On-topic, welcome posts.
Your posts are also often welcome. But the stuff that provoked my
comment was off-topic and you must know that. There are about half a
million newsgroups. Many are devoted to the stuff you posted. This
particular group is not. It's got its own rhythm, its own genre, theme,
mood. Why in the name of hell an experienced poster like yourself would
choose to piss people off by posting off-topic, is a matter of concern,
puzzlement and annoyance. Rather than condemning you, though, I chose
to make a reasonably-polite observation. You would do well to adopt the
same tactic. It keeps the conversation civilized instead of shoving it
down to the gutter where it does no good for anyone. Retains your
friendships, at the same time, as a bonus.
