To all usenet members and those who have stolen my picture and/or
videos
I, Bambi, am the copyright owner of all my pictures and videos but
have given Southern Charms exclusive rights to post them on their
website.
I have never given nor will I give anyone else the right to steal and
repost any of my work on usenet or any other website When you
purchase a membership, photo set or video it is for YOUR personal use
only, not to be reposted on any other website pages.
Southern Charms DMCA agents are taking steps to get all of my
illegally posted material removed from ALL on line sources. All
illegal use of my images, and any other charms, is punishable under
law and so legal action will be taken if this reposting does not stop.
Southern Charms has won judgement on one large lawsuit and is ready
to represent the copyright holders in their efforts to prosecute
anyone who continues to post or host copyright material.
I am writing to you to demand that all my content be removed from
usenet immediately.
For those of you who have received notices from your Usenet providers,
you are aware when taking legal action, your providers do have your
personal information that they will have to give up by law.
