I, Eva Angellica, am the copyright holder of my images. I have been
reporting all of the images from my site to be removed from Usenet. My
images and videos are only licensed to be posted on the internet by
Southern-Charms.com. Under federal copyright law sharing my images on
Usenet or elsewhere is subject to penalty, and I will no longer
tolerate it. SC's recent lawsuit on behalf of the copyright holders
(the Charms) against Jonathan Sheline is NOT a farce and is a matter
of public record. SC's attorneys are prepared to continue pursuing
those who infringe upon our copyrights and I, along with 797 other
Charms, will stand behind them.
When a person searches for "Eva Angellica SC4" on the internet and
finds more links to free content posted on Usenet than legitimate
links to my site where I am paid for my hard work, it IS detrimental
to my sales and I will no longer stand for it. Do YOU work for free?
No matter how you manipulate my images, I will always recognize them
and I will not stop until they are all removed from Usenet, even if
that includes filing a lawsuit against each individual poster.
