Dear Usenet posters, subscribers and all who have illegally infringed
on my copyrights of my photos.
I, LayneeSC4 am the copyright holder of my images, and videoes!
As the copyright holder of my images, I demand all of the images from
my SC site be removed from Usenet.
My images and videos are only licensed to Southern Charms and no one
else. Under US Federal copyright law posting and sharing my images on
Usenet or any where else is subject to criminal investigation and
prosecution. SC's recent lawsuit on behalf of the copyright holders
(the Charms) is a matter of public record. Attorneys for SC are
prepared to continue pursuing those who infringe upon my copyrights
and I, along with other Charms, will stand behind them.
For those of you who consider yourself a fan, thank for being one,
however you have done damage to me and to my SC website. What you are
doing is not seen as advertising or fan loyalty. When a person does an
Internet search for "Laynee SC4" and finds more links to free content
posted on Usenet or other share sites than to legitimate links to my
site where I am paid for my hard work, it hurts me and the income I
depend on. No matter how you manipulate or "massage" my images, I will
always recognize them and I will not stop until every one is removed
from Usenet!

confirm this statement.
