We need some clearer thinking in this group.
Too many trolls are appearing and spouting
ludicrous notions.
Southern-Charms do NOT hold the copyrights
for the pics they carry. These are held by
the individual models who subscribe to
their service. If a news server has imposed
restrictions it will be because one or more
of those models has contacted the server.
News servers will act ONLY if they are
contacted by the actual copyright holders.
Southern-Charms gained a lot of free advertising
in this group and they would be the LAST to
file reports to news servers.
The basic problem this group faced is that
the posters did not "massage" their pics, i.e
they just posted the pics as received complete
with all the DMCA data. It is inevitable that
any poster will be caught with his pants down
if he fails to post properly. I feel sorry
for Hugh Elmwood. I remember him arriving here
but things caught up with him. That wouldn't
have happened if he had prepared his posts
instead of just passing on what he had
downloaded.
