Newsbin does everything UseNet Explorer does, updates are free - I've owned it for years and it's updated constantly. The
search function accross all newsgroups is also built in, you can do local searches (stored headers) or online. The online
searches are limited to 15 a month, but I've rarely ever needed more than that. They do offer an unlimited online search, but
charge like $15 a month or something like that. It does the uploads as well. Main hassle is that when I want to respond to
a message, it doesn't include the message I'm responding to - it's geared more for binary downloads.
