The KApro EXs118 "Istanbul Strings" Library offers a sound set of 112 programs, 5 wave
sequences, 30 stereophonic multisamples, 1 drum kit and 10 drum patterns for the KORG
KRONOS.
Oriental string orchestras have a distinctive flair. The very first note played puts us in the magical
dream land of the Arabian Nights, and we remember the wonderful tales of Scheherazade. It is
no surprise that oriental music enriches western charts repeatedly with considerable success.
During this year's summer KApro has - not least at a longer stay in Tunisia - recorded the
sounds of oriental strings and created our brand new KApro EXs118 "Istanbul Strings" library for
the KORG KRONOS.
