This file appears to be a corrupted mp3; it played in VLC but with
audible breaks and will not load into Adobe Audition to check it.
Many others, which have bad headers, can be corrected by tag editing
and resaving. I use http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ and just deleted the
hyphen at the end of the Album name.
