Hi. Ff you already have an audio editor such as Audacity or Sound
Forge. most sophisticated editors have this function built in, usually
based on the silence between tracks.
There are online databases which contain the track interval
information, but I'm guessing that this is beyond the scope of your
question.
As for free, simple programs to split audio files, there are dozens
available. You might start your search here:
