The age of your software doesn't have jack-shit to do with how far back
you can look. That's a function of your provider who (again) currently
boasts over ten years of retention.
I'm not here to teach you how to use your software... plus I've never
used Agent in my life. I do know that Agent is an old and reliable
piece of software and that it will do the search you need. Read the
fucking manual or use Google to find the answers.
