Thankyou both for a positive response. I needed the encouragement. I
posted a binary because certain clients don't even show text messages
anymore. NewsRover, Agent, and Gravity (using now) do, I am uncertain
about others. I posted in Jpeg groups around 7-10 years ago, and haven't
since. There seem to be no great new standalone posting clients produced
since then, when I used YencPost A&A; I have found a slightly improved
variant YencPowerPostGB&L8.exe which I shall experiemnt with.

A few preliminary notes; most of what I plan to post isn't owned by me
( I have limited finacial resources). A lot of music I obtained in the
.cue single file format, but have split into separate tracks. Sometimes
I have deleted some scans (eg of the Cd itself, or non-English),
sometimes resized if they are very large. Sometimes I have improved upon
the Metadata, including adding replay gain.

I will try to post some Mediaeval/Reanissance and Choral music
collections. I have access to the filehoster Israbox uses but only via a
Debrid service limited to 2GB a day (so only 2 24biut 96KHz albums :( )
Rutracker and Diabolus and LosslessClassics are 3 other useful sources
for non-Usenet classical. Question: Would it be appropriate to post film
soundtracks here? Traditional classical composers like Shostakovich,
Prokofiev and Korngold composed for films. I am also wondering about
easy-listening type instrumental music eg Richard Claydermann, James
Last. There are no genere specific lossless groups for either.
