Stevie Rachelle of TUFF is known best for being the mind behind the hard rock gossip site, Metal Sludge.
My only TUFF memory is seeing their heavily cliched video for "I Hate Kissing You Goodbye" at position #10 on Dial MTV in 1991.
I recall that Stevie looked and sounded like Bret Michaels. MTV VJ Adam Curry even mentioned that Poison gave TUFF their big break.
I never saw the video for "I Hate Kissing You Goodbye" again. However, Metal Sludge has kept me entertained over the years!
TUFF delivered an entertaining performance. They did blow Pretty Boy Floyd, BulletBoys, and Slaughter out of the water!
I taped this show while sitting in my seat.
I had to pace myself to in order to go the distance during this marathon event!
I did tape the ENTIRE Hair Metal Holiday 2016 festival, 9 bands in total.
Over 6 hours of crunchy riffs, banshee screams, and the moans of cougars in heat!
The sound quality varies. Virtually every band had issues with their lead vocal mics.
In regards to sharing my Hair Metal Holiday masters, I am working my way backwards.
I will release all of my Hair Metal Holiday master recordings as time allows.
All you need is just a little patience...
