I had an unexpected opportunity see one of my favorite bands, JACKYL, live at the Gas Monkey Bar and Grill in Dallas, TX.

Previously, I had seen Jackyl in July of 1999 in McAllen, TX and in November of 2013 in Austin, TX.
The turnout at both shows was dismal. I was expecting a similar situation in Dallas, considering the show was outdoors in 30 degree weather.
However, I was happy to be part of a sellout crowd at the Gas Monkey!
Jesse James Dupree and the band delivered one hell of a pure rock show!
Jackyl gave 110% and the wild DFW crowd ate it up!
I look forward to seeing Jackyl again. I had a BLAST! I am also glad to have finally "captured" this CRAZY band!
I should state that this concert was one of the LOUDEST I have ever attended.
My ears were aching after the show, even though I wore my Hearos Hi-Fi earplugs, as I do at EVERY concert.
The support bands, Novakaine and Juni Moon were also taped.
The title of this recording is an homage to Jackyl's classic live album "Night Of The Living Dead" which was recorded in Fort Worth, TX on December 31, 1994.
