More detailed instructions.
1. Get the nzb file: <https://www.nzbindex.com/download/172029937/The-Carpenters-Now-and-Then-Quad-to-DVDA-The-Carpenters-Now-and-Then.par2-4.00-GB.nzb>
2. Use an nzb client that will download and decode all the files, including the ones missing parts, which will be corrupt. You need the blocks from the corrupt files in addition to the blocks from the non-corrupt ones for the par2 software to fix the set with the par2 files. I believe there are enough complete par2 files on the Astraweb server to do this. I show them all to be complete when I get an nzb file created from their server headers using the Newsbin client. You said there aren't enough to fix the set. If so, go to option 5.
3. Altbinz client will do the above and automatically fix the set without separate par2 software. It's possible Astraweb's headers show incompletes but they are complete or more complete using an nzb download, but I doubt it. They've been showing lots of incompletes lately, which is disappointing.
4. NZB-O-Matic Plus will download and decode all the parts, but you must manually fix the set using separate par2 software, like Quickpar. For this option, you must manually download enough par2 files to get enough blocks to fix the set.
5. Another option is to use a second news server that can fill in the missing parts. NZB-O-Matic Plus is easy to setup to use 2 servers, with a second just for missing parts.
